Flexibility is precious. Acosta's flexibility respects the struggles we all face balancing life, work and family.

Cons

Although I understand the business constraints, the hard stops for time for service orders prevent some reps from doing their best job.

I have been with the company for 6 months and was amazed how well my trainers championed my assimilation into my role. The company is client-focused yet makes a point of educating and informing the team on any changes that are happening. I am so happy to be part of Acosta Group!

Pros

Working under the Acosta umbrella has been the best work experiences I have had throughout my professional career. They are focused on supporting their employees to be the best versions of themselves, which results in happy employees and a stress free work environment.

Cons

Working third party can have its ups and downs, it would be nice to see more in store support for the reps that are working within our partnered retailers.
