Pros

The commitment to a people-focused culture has been a cornerstone of my experience. The sense of belonging and camaraderie has made my time here truly rewarding. The opportunities for learning, development, and career growth have been instrumental in my professional journey. The dynamic nature of my job demands adaptability, and the organization empowers employees to be change-agents. I have had the privilege of playing a role in driving change. Our dedication to client success and innovation has also influenced my experiences. Being part of a team that champions the brand with unwavering dedication has instilled in me a profound sense of pride and purpose.

Cons

While Acosta Group excels in many areas, there have been instances where communication channels seemed less effective. Clearer communication strategies could enhance collaboration and reduce misunderstandings. Additionally, in certain operational aspects, there's potential to further streamline processes.

Pros

LDP - The Leadership and Development Program is one of the best early career program offerings by a company. Lasting 18-months it is designed as an immersive experience that allows the participant rotate through the Retail, Sales, Business Intelligence and Marketing departments to gain an understanding of how each departments works to service Acosta clients.

Cons

More training and development programs for current employees. I will suggest creating more opportunities for current employees to develop additional skillsets to advance in the company. There is alot of great untapped talent at Acosta that just needs to be given an opportunity.

Pros

Acosta Group is so dedicated to employee development! They offer their own courses and access to LinkedIn Learning. They also do quarterly development days and really intentional goal-setting for career growth. As a whole, the company is very flexible and focused on employee wellness/ work-life harmony. I love the hybrid model!

Cons

Some systems and processes are outdated but I know they are working on modernizing and updating.
