      Pros

      Excellent job at prioritizing the employee needs and encouraging personal and professional growth. Everyone is approachable all the way to the top and happy to have open and honest conversations.

      Cons

      Limited mobility within programs/contracts and most 3 pl work is contract based so limited pay increase opportunity as well.

      Excellent communication from Walmart Team managers regarding expectations. Clear communication when coaching is required, or when praise is needed as well.

      Cons

      Some team managers get overloaded with regions and struggle to effectively stay on top of assigning calls and email communication.

      Progressive company that cares about their employees. Opportunity for advancement due to the continuous growth. Fast paced and busy work environment while maintaining a focus on employee engagement and social activities for those that want to join. Acosta is an international company that still feels local.
