Once great, now being run terribly

Pros

Some fantastic people work here but most are leaving Opportunity to network with good clients Reasonably flexible Ok benefits

Cons

General feel of business has changed and bullying now seems to be the norm Talk about culture but there is none, they say one thing and do another Terrible atmosphere Leadership is non existent Lack of pay rises and bonus for a number of years

Pros

People focused. Encouraging balance, employee wellbeing and progression for those who want it. Continue to develop their people and technology to deliver the best for their clients.

Cons

Many employees work remotely which doesn't always work for the individual so do experience some churn with new starters. Car fleet provider for all roles, management roles may be more attractive if offered a car contribution instead.

Large company inertia. Hard to get anything done. Poor communications with the team
