company at a whole is good, IT Operations - run run run

Cons

You will see your trusted, professional, subject matter experts be replaced by offshore contracting companies which constantly rotate personnel. You will have no support from your manager, if you have a manager at all. BTW you will be doing the manager's work who just got let go but not receiving the additional compensation

They hire you with a lot of hours then give you two a month.

Cons

They hire you giving you 25 hours a week and then cut it down to two hours a month. They mess up the schedules. They will hire you for an area then tell you that your home is too far away from the stores. They do this so they dont have to pay mileage. Why hire me in the first place?
