Pros

Somewhat Flexible schedule, work isn't too difficult, no major brains needed to complete tasks.

Cons

No raises, no room for growth or development, supervisors are on your rear end all the time for EXTRAS, they want blood and your first born even though they give you nothing in return to be motivated for. They pay minimum wage and it doesn't matter how long you work there, that's all you're ever going to make. No honest reviews or decent compensation. When they are done with you they just fire you with no real reason - it's employment at will so they can do whatever they want. They don't write you up for anything. They reach into the past and "find reasons" to fire you. Then you are jobless.

Worst of the Worst

Pros

There are few pros. Generally you work tethered to an online office communications system. This proves to be worse than working in their actual office because people seem to feel emboldened to say things that they would probably be unwilling to say to your face.

Cons

To me it seemed like a completely caustic and hostile work environment. During phone communications I would often hear F-bombs, my superior felt free to directly insult me personally in ways that violate every decent corporate standard. It was so far over the top that it seem almost comical. I felt like I was in some bad movie. Much of the problem came from management's failure to hire and retain entry-level employees due to low wages. This caused panic as the company struggled to deal with the situation intelligently.
