Pros

When Darian came in you could immediately feel a rejuvenation of excitement and growth. The company is winning a lot of clients and projects left and right.

Cons

It seems that even though a lot of the feedback from current and former employees points out poor compensation - there still seems to be a lack of focus on getting people to make even the industry minimum for most positions. Even your loyal people will leave if they get offered even just a 25% pay bump to do the same thing somewhere else.

Pros

The hours are flexible and you have a lot of freedom in planning your . Additionally you weren't pressured too hard to sell nor to use a specific method to sell allowing you to have a more natural relationship with customers.

Cons

Management changed too often. They changed routes too suddenly and without warning in many cases making some days stressful. Also you never get a raise no matter how long you stay and how good you get at your job.

Flexibility in the schedule. Good place to learn if starting your career. Good people.

Cons

Do not care or invest in people. Top heavy in salaries. Buy different companies like crazy, however never give raises or bonuses. Local managers have no pull to make anything happen.
