Pros
When Darian came in you could immediately feel a rejuvenation of excitement and growth. The company is winning a lot of clients and projects left and right.
Cons
It seems that even though a lot of the feedback from current and former employees points out poor compensation - there still seems to be a lack of focus on getting people to make even the industry minimum for most positions. Even your loyal people will leave if they get offered even just a 25% pay bump to do the same thing somewhere else.
