      Pros

      Used to have great managers who cared about their employees who answered to them. Made sure everyone had enough work, scheduled fairly. Used to be room to grow within the company. Good benefits for full-time employees. Happy with the benefits.

      Cons

      Has become the "good-old-boy" system and managers are micro-managers. Make you feel like you are just a warm body to fill a position; easily replaceable. Nitpick expenses, mileage, hotels - makes it difficult to get your money back. Human resources doesn't care about issues brought up to them. Never give raises.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good, everyone is pretty social. Job stability is there for most full time employees.

      Cons

      Pay, and the overall relevance of most of the work you do. Acosta is stuck in a world from about 1990, and sees implementing changes is a long and cumbersome process.

      Pros

      A solid company. Represents many products. Most of the supervisors are pretty good.

      Cons

      They care more about their executives and not about the lesser employees who are actually out there doing the work. They also don't give bonuses, incentives, pay raises or much recognition to the lower employees. They love to talk about their office parties and such that the field employees never get invited too. And it is always about the executives and the upper office employees. Most of them would not even know how to do a reset to work all those new items in they just brought in from a new client.
