Pros

This company is a fraud, or they lack ethics I don’t know to which one but something exist there. So no pros.

Cons

I was offered a job went through training which was to be paid and onboarding. I was initially told I’d make $15/hr when I expected the job I was told $14/hr I already did not want the $15 it was low compared to what I was making in my previous job doing the same work. Once I finished training no one reached out like they were suppose to to schedule my start date. I was ghosted and didn’t get paid for training thinking about reporting them. I feel violated. I wouldn’t recommend working for this company. They have no ethics and can’t be trusted.

Pros

Work independently, different scenery every day.

Cons

First off, the pay was $16 per hour. Not terrible. But, you aren’t paid while traveling. So they had me running to stores an hour away from each other, then breathing down your neck that the visit doesn’t go over 1 hour or 2 hours for a larger store. So, you actually work for 9 hours a day, but you do three store calls (4 hours) so you’re paid $64 dollars for entire day. They make sure you’re in a range that doesn’t pay for mileage, and even if you did get mileage it was .29. And don’t forget the photography, you’re supposed to build relationships with the store managers, etc. These people are thieves, they are cheap and they’ll take take take from you… Even on your off days. This company has no shame and no integrity whatsoever.

Pros

-work from home -select few business managers and ABMs are great to work with -somewhat flexible schedule

Cons

- some (not all) directors are poorly picked and they show favoritism -boys club (some women can join but very select few) - poor communication from upper management -upper management will tell you anything to keep you but does not follow through unless you are a favorite - time tracks your day even if you are salary -recently has had high turnover -upper management will throw you under the bus and place blame on BMs and ABMs -does not respect your PTO and will call you on days off - terrible raises -terrible pay -
