Pros
will hire almost anyone, as if thats a pro...but I am trying here.
Cons
No raises ever; full time hours are scant, hard to actually hit 40 per week; added responsibities without a raise in pay; Unit Managers have greatly increased number of reps under them making it much harder for them to provide direction and assistance. In the last two years this company has made a lot of changes, servicing more customers per field rep. resulting in lower quality and an environment of responding to 'emergencies'. I felt much better about the job and company when we did proactive work and didn't have to put out fires. There is almost zero prospect of rising from within.
