Little to no micromanagement. Ability to set your own schedule (within certain parameters).

Cons

Pressure to up-sell with little incentive to do it. For example if I sold 2 extra cases of product X I might get a $5 Amazon gift card.

Cons

Many changes every year. Upper Management did not follow through. Would not answer emails, would not support their Reps in the field. Huge lack of communication between Vendors, Clients, Reps. Where communication is 100% part of the success of this position. Upper Management dropped the ball and in the end several clients dropped Acosta.
