The problem with above statement is: There are sometimes no hours or even days to work. The CEO Brian could care less. Acosta has gotten so big, our Team isn’t even a number. You really need to be retired to work for Acosta Impact Team.

Not all of the employees were snakes!

Cons

More often then not you will have way more experience then your superior. So how do you learn from someone that just got out of highschool and who's only experience in merchandise is being a stocker at Walmart. And when you try to argue about your pay cause it definitely won't be what they promised then they will get rid of you. Good luck on getting your last check. If you do get it it will be short when you are on salary. Oh that's another thing don't fall for the salary trick. Cause then you work long hours no overtime!

Work from home. Flexibility in work schedule depending on your position.

Cons

Horrible pay. Health benefits are expensive for little return. 401k match is not good. The whole company has low pay unless you are there for a long time and even then is not competitive with other companies in the industry. Corporate doesn’t seem to care that they don’t provide a liveable wage and affordable benefits. Raises are only once a year.
