Work from home. Great teammates. Flexibility. Easy work. No micromanagement. Great paid time off.
Cons
No raises. Not enough work. Lack of communication. Lack of management. Lack of retention. I watched people who had given 10 or 20 years leave for other jobs because the money was that much better! Lack of respect for all associates. Lack of career growth. Upper management looks "down" on people beneath them.
