This company has provided steady work to me and my family for my whole life. Size/ relative flexibility/ reputation for quality work provide job security and make it easy to engage with customers, remain employed, stay busy and move within the state.

Cons

Private equity ownership elevates 5 year revenue/ loan repayment over honoring quality of business. Disingenuous representation of company goals. Lack of respect for "legacy" employees and clients that enabled the company to have the success that it has. Under new ownership internal promotion has taken a back seat to hiring of "gurus" from outside of the company who are tasked with trying to reinvent the wheel.
