Cons….now again if your not the correct gender you will not get anywhere or anything. Now, regardless of your gender be prepared to work extremely LONG HOURS for a very MINIMAL pay. Do not believe in very much they state that they offer. Again you are expected to work overtime or very extended hours for pay that is very minimal for what you put in. Not quite sure what these reasonable accommodations are all about that they are speaking of that is unless you are upper management or are in real good with the upper management! I had heard some pretty terrible stories about others previously employed here which left a pretty sour taste IMO. My overall advice is to just seek a position with a company who values each and every employee on an equal level whether that be based on pay, sexual preference or gender.
