Management is failing employees. Layoffs are happening constantly. No job security! Investment firm and upper management has destroyed this company!

Good office environment at the local level.

Cons

Company is run via private equity ownership with no construction experience, Upward mobility is non existent, Financial decision making is done in a vacuum without regards to operational needs, PM compensation is 5 years behind the market in addressing cost of living, installer compensation not competitive.
