Pros

Clearly defined company vision It doesn't mean everyone is going to be a part of these moves, but I don't think management wants it to be that big moves are for everyone. I'm excited to also see the new clients that are being added.

Cons

Be ready to keep up and work hard Definitely a group that takes their lunch break as needed. Not a lot of frills and flash. Can be a grind.

I Grew Up

Pros

Even though it’s a young work environment I felt like the leadership I was given made me take a look in the mirror. I was immature when I took the job but was asked to get it together and I’m glad I took that advice. This made me grow up and actually helped me get an offer from my dream job, which I seriously don’t think would've happened had I not done some necessary maturing.

Cons

With a lack of experience in a sales role, I was pretty overwhelmed by the pace of the company when I started. With help, I was able to keep up but I watched a lot of people who couldn’t, which is why I’m listing this as a con. I understand it’s just the nature of the industry though.

Rewards the Top

Pros

The first thing I noticed was how great the culture is. Even if the line of work isn't for you, it's hard to deny the good work culture. There are always different incentives throughout the week for various bonuses. I've seen rewards ranging from Mother's Day Gift packages to paid time off for philanthropy. I know it's not meant for everyone but it's nice to see the top people getting after their goals and being rewarded for it.

Cons

It's not for everyone. The way this compnay operates is similar to a sports team and if you don't have that type of mindset and can't shift your mindset to that, then it probably won't be a good fit. My advice to anyone applying or starting a new position with Acquire would be- try not to overthink it and get comfortable with failing forward.
