We’re so glad we were able to make your first business professional experience a positive one and help boost your confidence while preparing you for your next business professional venture! We will brainstorm on some ways we can better prepare our new team members for real-life situations that may occur on the job but like you said in your review, it’s challenging to truly be prepared for every possible situation. However, we can coach people more on what to do on the spot when they don’t feel fully prepared for whatever circumstance may present its self. Also, as mentioned in your review, we’ve built a positive, supportive team here at Acquire so the trainers and management team are never more than a call away if an employee is unsure how to handle something. Our strategy meetings and team building exercises seem to be popular amongst everyone here so we are definitely working to build in more time for both of those things!
