Pros

Working at Acquire has given me an opportunity that I didn’t think was possible. As a result of the mentorship from my managers, I am growing both personally as well as professionally every day within this company. To me, this just goes to show that it is a team environment driven by merit and not seniority. The culture of Acquire may be my favorite thing about working here, the people care about you and want you to grow, it isn’t an “Im your boss and you’re my employee” it is more of “I am your coach and mentor, what can I do to help?” The cherry on top of everything is my managers have been understanding about balancing a schedule that works for me. I am a mother and being able to get done with my work day by 3:00 is ideal.

Cons

If you aren’t able to handle a fast paced environment and/or don’t have a “go getter” mentality I would not recommend this job for you.

-great for an initial career job -lots of real world knowledge -ability to develop within my career

-have to be able to keep up -can be too fast paced

Pros

I'm brand new but I feel like I am learning something new every day. It's very cool. I didn't get an MBA but I kind of feel like I am learning what is in the classroom through a business. I feel as if I were to go back to school to get my MBA I would be better prepared and excel at the courses.

Cons

Meetings can be lengthy sometimes but they are impactful. Not everyone likes the meetings, but I feel as if they are useful and I enjoy them. The work place can sometimes be competitive, but I don't think anyone has bad intentions, they just want to do well.
