Pros

While I was with this “company” the only pro was work from home full time options. But that was being taken away sometime later this year.

Cons

This review is not being left by an ex-employee who was fired, or left on bad terms. I received a better career opportunity and left on as good of terms as possible. That being said, here are my cons. Every thing. This is a hot mess of a company that does not know how to expand, how to take care of the employees, and how to be anything other than terrible. The training I received was haphazard at best. This is not a knock on the team or trainers I was with, more so, the fact that there is zero schedule or plan with training. Most of the days I spent with the company were spent doing nothing as there was no training and very little work that was assigned to me. The HR team is reminiscent of the HR teams for companies that have huge scandals. Days of not weeks to hear back from them regarding any question you have, big or small. Thankfully nothing serious occurred to me while working here. I have to pay child support, and multiple letters were sent to the HR team by myself and the Friend of the court in order to get this taken care of. It took about two months before it was finished, resulting in backpay being owed. After putting my two weeks into my manager, I emailed asking about vacation time payout, and not only did my email get a response, but I received an automated one as well. Both stated I would be paid for my remaining vacation time. In the almost 2 months since leaving, I still have not received that money and no one will return my calls. Stay away from this company.

Pros

Nice building. That is it.

Cons

This was the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. My time at Acrisure was an absolute nightmare. The management was terrible and unprofessional. I was treated poorly by most of my coworkers and my supervisor. Training was nonexistent. When I went to HR about this, they made me feel like I was the problem. After HR told my boss that I had come to them with issues (no confidentiality apparently), my boss started paper trailing me to get me fired. I found a new job and left as fast as I could.

Pros

Enthusiastic about growth and potential for many improvements within the company. Very inviting and warm while telling everyone there will be many improvements with them.

Cons

Extremely hit below expectations within the delivery of their support and resources. Attempted to reach out to HR and never heard anything back. This place feels like they are only trying to meet their bottom line. Have experienced many people who have been upset with their promises and no follow through.
