Pros

Good coworkers who care about their role in helping partners.

Cons

Overworked. Even the middle managers are too overworked to be able to help you with anything. Company expects everyone to be willing to work evening and extra time. Owner has said "if you don't like it, this isn't the place for you."

Pros

Was a great job remote post pandemic

Cons

All the good middle managers are gone along with some good engineers who saw right through “back to office” as pre layoff. C suite and Directors are clueless with constant realignment of teams and organizational structure and BS that AI can replace real talent. I did not realize it but I was training contractors to take my job then “finally” laid off. No respect for all the blood and time I gave. When the economy does come back and they realize that contractors and AI are really bad replacements for talent do not fall for working at this place. Do not sign in here and move on.

Pros

Zero. Absolute sh•t show management and strategy from the top down, while the rank and file repeatedly react to the latest knee jerk reaction from the latest 'executive retreat' that discussed investor sentiment. Acrisure is the definition of late stage capitalism. Destroying lives of their employees on a whim based on the latest numbers they gave to Wall Street but can't currently or ever meet - to sell a 'product' that may or may not even cohesively exist yet internally.

Cons

Too many to list and not worth the time.
