      Love my job, not a fan of change

      Pros

      Acrisure is a really fast growing company, with a lot of opportunity for growth. Everyone I have worked with has been amazing, supportive, and super helpful in my growth as an Associate.

      Cons

      So far my only issue is that my team has recently gotten a new leader, who is making changes that I do not see the benefits too. This may change in the future, but at the moment is something that gives me anxiety in my current role.

      Breath of fresh air

      Pros

      I’ve worked in the industry for many years and felt like most agencies were outdated and stuck in the past. Everything about this office feels different from past experiences. Beautiful workspace, great coworkers, engaged leadership…all around a really welcoming environment. Their parent company’s commitment to technology is extremely exciting, too.

      Cons

      Workload can be challenging at times and service team alignment could improve (ie. Multiple producers working with multiple CSR’s and assistants)
