      Pros

      Management is a good blend of hands-on and hands-off, if you like to work autonomously, this is a good place for you. Flexible work options, they trust their employees to get the work done and don't manage to a schedule. They treat people like people! Asking questions is never a problem, there are endless resources to continue development and education. The sky is the limit. They've done a great job during the pandemic keeping people engaged and safe.

      Cons

      For an insurance brokerage company, the insurance is surprisingly lackluster. Our IT seems to always be fixing something.
