      Pros

      Having come from the big 5 brokers, I am happy to be in a "small company" where my opinion counts. The decision makers are here, not in another city (or country). Senior management is newly installed (over the last 18 months) and all under 50!

      Cons

      We are out of space in our current office but are moving in October.

      Pros

      Enthusiastic about growth and potential for many improvements within the company. Very inviting and warm while telling everyone there will be many improvements with them.

      Cons

      Extremely hit below expectations within the delivery of their support and resources. Attempted to reach out to HR and never heard anything back. This place feels like they are only trying to meet their bottom line. Have experienced many people who have been upset with their promises and no follow through.
