      This company sincerely cares about their employees - going through this transition was tough, but the direction of the company is very bright.

      Small Company with an Identity Crisis

      Pros

      Small company makes you not feel like a number. Everyone feels a part of the company and they recognize their contributions matter. Great vacation schedule, but no flexible schedules. Some managers have no business managing and do not know how to do so.

      Cons

      There is no sense of direction. The owner tends to throw things at the wall to see if they stick instead of having a good, concrete plan to growth.

      The people were great to work with

      Cons

      The owner of the company does not have his head on straight and doesn't know where to lead the company. Further more, he thinks that throwing money at the problem will fix it. The problem lies with him.
