We have unlimited paid time off.

Cons

For the past year and half I have not been properly paid commission and have had no merit-based raise on my salary for almost three years. This company is committing a crime by failing to uphold their end of the employment agreement I signed onto when accepting this position and I am currently seeking legal advice on the matter.

Exciting Company. PRE IPO. Face time with CEO Greg Williams. All levels of the company are asked for their input on changes. Experienced in acquisitions.

Cons

Too much change, too fast. Top heavy. Sales department lacks support from account managers who left for greener, more stable pastures. Poor organic growth.
