Pros

Zero. Absolute sh•t show management and strategy from the top down, while the rank and file repeatedly react to the latest knee jerk reaction from the latest 'executive retreat' that discussed investor sentiment. Acrisure is the definition of late stage capitalism. Destroying lives of their employees on a whim based on the latest numbers they gave to Wall Street but can't currently or ever meet - to sell a 'product' that may or may not even cohesively exist yet internally.

Cons

Too many to list and not worth the time.

Pros

Potential to make great money if youre one of the chosen few.

Cons

Leadership chosea to describe how theyre leading the organization as “building the plane while flying it” and that is accurate considering they’re actively crashing and burning.
