Pros

Started out great before they reorganized all of the divisions. The culture is non existent. Flexible by design.

Cons

The company is run by those who do not fully understand the insurance industry. Lots of false promises and gaslighting used in order to recruit. No accountability.

Pros

Zero. Absolute sh•t show management and strategy from the top down, while the rank and file repeatedly react to the latest knee jerk reaction from the latest 'executive retreat' that discussed investor sentiment. Acrisure is the definition of late stage capitalism. Destroying lives of their employees on a whim based on the latest numbers they gave to Wall Street but can't currently or ever meet - to sell a 'product' that may or may not even cohesively exist yet internally.

Cons

Too many to list and not worth the time.
