Pros

Supportive manager for my team. Good benefits and health insurance. Paid vacation. Paid sick time off. There is a yearly merit increase, and moving up in position or to other positions is fairly encouraged.

Cons

Lack of training. There are no designated trainers for roles, only a generalized training conducted by HR and the Operations team. The company does not care about you as an individual. Recently announced they will layoff hundreds of workers in favor of AI. Decent amount of turnover, you might end up cleaning many messes made by other people who have left the company. Short-notice for large changes in company structure.

Pros

•Work from home/ hybrid available

Cons

•Poor training - employees are constantly confused and frustrated •Upper management has no idea what's going on - some don't even have tech backgrounds and I have no idea how they got these roles. •Has a reputation of immediately terminating employees after they put in resignation •Laid off hundreds of workers for an AI program that doesn't even work
