•Poor training - employees are constantly confused and frustrated •Upper management has no idea what's going on - some don't even have tech backgrounds and I have no idea how they got these roles. •Has a reputation of immediately terminating employees after they put in resignation •Laid off hundreds of workers for an AI program that doesn't even work

It’s repetitive once you get it down. Team is great to work with. Didn’t have and background in insurance and the team taught me what I needed to know.

Cons

The pay is pretty low.
