There is room for advancement and will provide associates with training.

Cons

They no longer care about their employees as they are trying to automate out most people. They are looking at reducing PTO and Sick time. Pay has not kept up with inflation and benefits continue to get more expensive.

HUGE turn Over: No Culture = Toxic Culture

Nice office in a great location.

Cons

There's no culture because of the hige turn over. The "seniors" that are team leads and managers have been there no more than 2 years. Anyone that actually has shown genuine good interest in seing the company grow is in no management position which is very unfortunate. Nepotism and favoritism is normal and common.
