Upper management is toxic beyond belief. They bicker like children in front of staffers and I've witnessed them make fun of other employees in public settings such as meetings. Upper management also promises promotions and never delivers. I know of no less than 5 staffers who have been promised promotions and repeatedly changed the delivery date / never delivered almost a year later.

If you want to be micromanaged, work in an atmosphere where people don’t bother saying good morning unless you’re buddies with them, and literally have someone watching your every move, this is the place for you. If you are a competent professional who works well collaborating with a team, brings new ideas to the table, likes a friendly culture, and being treated respectfully.... keep looking. This is not the place for you.
