Profit Over People

Pros

Most roles were open to being remote, however that option is being rescinded.

Cons

Lying to get revenue is encouraged. Every KPI is tied to an increase in revenue. There are not any goals for employee retention or client retention, just more revenue. Raises are typically denied due to “budget” but partner level employees have multiple events with open bar in places like Las Vegas throughout the year. Employees were told on recorded video by the CEO, “If you don’t like the direction we are going, then go work somewhere else.” When you speak up about problems you are labeled as a non-team player. The South Zone leadership uses favoritism, fear and manipulation to manage employees. They routinely promote low performing employees without the proper qualifications over high performing employees who are qualified simply because they like the unqualified employee better.
