Pros

Unlimited PTO Good core team Hybrid work location Free parking Big beautiful office building Lower leadership truly cares for the employees

Cons

Our personal health insurance got way more expensive. It used to be great, and now it's truly awful. At our last company town hall, we spent 3 hours listening to Greg Williams and upper leadership praise themselves. Barely 30 minutes to answer questions, I believe they only took 3, and the answers to those questions left much to be desired. We are moving from 3 days in office/2 days remote to 4 days in office/1 day remote because Greg Williams doesn't believe that remote work is good for the company. He agreed and disagreed with an employee during the town hall meeting in December 2024. This is a very disappointing change from a disappointing CEO. There is no real bridge between upper leadership and the lower leadership, and the employee's voices do not matter. There are complaints about how quickly the company is changing and how drastically it is from lower level employees, and upper leadership mocked that at the town hall. Again, disappointing.
