Pros

Acrolinx is a nice to place to work. You feel respected and listened to and this results in a great culture overall.

Cons

Could move quicker. With an investment push and more spent on product, sales and marketing the company could really push on and create a sector.

Pros

Great exec -level transparency. I feel like I know what's happening, where the company is going, and how I fit in.

Cons

I miss traveling to see other team members. Looking forward to more opportunity for re-socialization.

Pros

- Laid back and transparent culture - Flat hierarchy with a "real" open door/office policy - Strong work/life balance present - Solid benefits package - Strong and open collaboration across teams/departments

Cons

There are definitely some growing pains for any company looking to grow quickly, but a lot of the finer details/plans are being taken into account for while the organization scales out. There may be an occasional feeling of building the plane as we're flying it so to speak, but as long as the right pieces get put in the right place, then it's more than manageable.
