The People, The Product, The Opportunity - While AI is a part of the offering, this company has figured out its place in the enterprise, and its value is well beyond the buzz of the AI trend. The people here are great, and the culture matters to senior management. There is a focus not only on building the business but also on providing a great experience to employees. The product is in use at many of the largest brands in the world, which is amazing and helps to reinforce the value it delivers. Finally, in the short time I've been here, I have seen the opportunity to continue to grow.

Cons

With growth as it is today, we'll run out of office space soon.

Pros

Acrolinx is a unique company where everyone matters. Senior management has an open door policy where all employees matter. Company communication is it's number one skill. Everyone is given the opportunity to grow within the organization. Management always open to new concepts and ideas.

Cons

It would be great to get the remote workforce together more often.
