Pros

Getting to work with great people from all different countries. You are given ownership of your work and able to grow your career more quickly, if you can keep up with the fast pace. Ability to work remote is huge.

Cons

Very competitive industry and company is growing so things can change quickly. Fast-paced and dynamic environment is not for everyone. Going through a new growth stage so there are some growing pains.

Pros

I really have enjoyed my time working at Acronis. The people at this company are smart and kind. There is definitely a top down mentality of caring for employees, their growth, and maintaining transparency.

Cons

Benefits are average and in line with most company standards, but US could be a bit better with offering fitness reimbursement or longer parental leave.
