Acronis SCS is a great place to work due to the culture. The work dynamic is different than any other place I've worked at where you can talk to anyone in any position and they're willing to help you and support you. Everyone is happy for each other and celebrates everyone's success which is not the usual sales dynamic in most places. The goals are obtainable and you never feel stagnate because there's always a promotion around the corner. You get continuous training so you're constantly growing and management cares about you as a individual for your own personal and professional growth. It's also really exciting selling to the Public Sector and learning a whole new vertical. My Sales VP is a great resource and teaches us nice new methods in developing accounts and growing our pipelines without micro managing us. It's a great work/life balance where the CEO and the Management team want you to grow and land bigger opportunities in you professional career. I highly recommend working here at Acronis SCS.
Cons
Don't have any, HR and Management are quick to respond to issues and concerns.

Positive atmosphere with emphasis on continuing education and growth within the company (and even outside the company). Everyone is very respectful and cares about the team as a whole. Each person seems to bring their own unique skills to the table to share with everyone else. If there is a problem, then its easy to reach out to someone that will help you get it sorted or will take ownership and make sure they do the best they can to make it right. There is a good understanding of what is and is not possible and its transparent from the top down. Lots of good stuff, but the most important is the people.
Cons
It's a work from home position so if you have the personality type that likes the office environment, then it might not be the best fit. The meetings are held through voice/video/chat. For me personally, this is not really an issue as I enjoy having my puppy as a coworker.

Thank you for your review! We love being able to have our pets as co-workers- so much that even our Scottsdale office is dog friendly too! We do enjoy having an open-door policy and clear communication throughout the organization, even with our anonymous Q&A Townhalls every other month, and are so happy you are enjoying that transparency.
If you have any additional feedback you would like to share, please don't hesitate to reach out to HR or your manager. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
