There are not a lot of cons I can think of, but here are some of the nuances people should know before joining:
1. Most people work remotely across the US, so it's critical to take time to get to know key people across the teams personally that one may work with. I think management could facilitate that a bit more.
2. If you are joining our team, make sure you actively participate in project planning ahead of major initiatives so that your manager can understand the level of effort needed from you and your teammates.
3. The company operates on AZ time, but the employees are located across the time zones, so you have to clearly communicate your hours when working cross-functionally.
