Pros

A fantastic place to work and your coworkers make it even better. Lots of motivated individuals working as a team in a friendly, positive environment. Great work schedule and team work oriented staff! Dog friendly environment! The company promotes from within.

Cons

The company currently does not offer a 401k plan.

Pros

Ability to move up quickly if you're a hard worker and are not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things

Cons

Very fast pace, if you want a slower pace environment a Start-Up may not be right for you.

Fast-Paced Company with Rewarding Growth Potential

Pros

Leadership encourages employees to go above and beyond to further their careers- this is not a company for people who like to do the bare minimum, but it is very rewarding for those who are looking to grow and improve professionally. People seem to really take pride in their work here, and accomplishments are celebrated by everyone. I will always be a huge fan of their dog friendly office!

Cons

Working here is not a relaxing experience, so if you are looking for an easy job this might not be the place to work. This is a pro if you like a rewarding challenge!
