HR Team: The HR team are a high performing group of professionals that work very hard every day to support all our employees within the organization. Policies are developed and created to provide our employees with a guideline on how to take care of our puppies within an office environment as well as for safety of all employees. Our employees thoroughly enjoy brining in their fur babies. The amenities within our office complex provides two wonderful dog parks that we take our dogs to on our breaks and lunches so they can run and play. Our dogs are part of our family and it’s such a great benefit to be able to bring them to work with us! Our office has been closed for over a year due to COVID-19, and to date still remains closed. This allows our employees to work remotely full-time and enjoy our dogs 100% of the time within our own homes- what a great perk! 2. Management training and support: Our management team is extremely supportive and provides ongoing support, coaching, training, and employee development. They care for all their employees within the company and are available to assist any employee who requests or require additional support and assistance. Both the management team and the CEO welcome and practice an open-door policy. Employees are encouraged to contact the CEO directly at any time and will receive a response. We encourage a team concept within the entire organization. 3. Work/Life Balance: We are still a small business and there will be times when we all must all put in extra hours to get the job done. A start-up environment isn’t for everyone it is fast paced but the entire Acronis SCS management team encourages our employees to take personal time off. The company also provides a generous amount of PTO, which is (3) weeks of paid time off. In addition to PTO, we have 10 paid holidays, including a floating holiday, and an additional volunteer time off policy. We work with our employees to adjust their schedules when things come up in their personal lives. These are just a few ways the management team shows their support by understanding how important family is and encouraging a healthy work/life balance. Acronis SCS encourages diversity within our organization and are committed to providing a diverse workforce. Currently, 24% of our employee workforce are women and 14% are veterans. In addition to taking advantage of our open door policy, we encourage all our employees to share their thoughts and ideas and have implemented an anonymous virtual question/comment box. These questions and comments are sent to the department leader and CEO to respond to at the company’s bi-monthly Town Hall. We do not hold back bonuses. We have a generous quarterly bonus that employees earn based on their quarterly goals set by the employee and their manager. We love rewarding our employees for their hard work and celebrate our success as a team! As you stated in your review, we have “cool people” that make up our organization and a supportive and professional management team that truly care about their employee’s success and career goals.
