      Really liked the people, decent benefits, flexible schedule, yearly merit increase, hard work recognized, CEO really cares about employees (annual holiday party at major hotel (pre-COVID), sent care package, etc.).

      Cons

      Unable to significantly increase pay after obtaining important cert and taking on significant additional duties (e.g., becoming manager) due to contract restrictions/labor categories and priorities of government customer.
