      The only pros are the fellow coworkers. They have all been great people IMO

      Cons

      This time, 23-24 employees are losing their jobs in the next coming months. It is not safe to be a contractor in the FAA.

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Company promises temp to perm status after 3 months but after 5 months + most of the temp employees are still in temp status. No proper orientation to the work you are required to perform. No written protocols or process. You stumble along and find your way.
