      Pros

      Decentralized supervision gives the freedom to address issues without strict micromanagement. There is an annual education benefit (around 3k dollars).

      Cons

      Pay is subpar for requirements. Employees outside of the central office seem to be forgotten. Communication between departments (HR, Security managers, etc) feels cold; it generally seems like the staff in these positions are doing “me a favor” and not supporting the needs of the employees. It’s been impossible to find documents or get support on how to utilize education benefits.

      Nice holiday party in January, decent PTO

      Cons

      Going down hill. So much turnover. Losing ALL their contracts.. They do not promote from within. CEO micromanages way down the chain. Upper management does not actually listen and value their employees like they claim they do.
