Pros
I really appreciated the relaxed environment and the option to telework. Christmas parties were nice as well. The owner of the company treats her employees well. The medical and dental benefits were great and priced well. I also appreciated the location and the travel reimbursement.
Cons
Did not have much job security and upper management did not really keep employees in the loop as far was the status of contract renewals are concerned. I left because I feared our contract would not win the recompete.
