Pros

The benefits, culture and compensation were all elite - and they gave me the chance to thrive and excel. While things change - and CoVid changed a lot of things as has the culture around government contracting, the constant has been the environment and culture created by the Actionet management. If you are considering a position with Actionet, do it - they will put you in positions where you can succeed, thrive, and grow. That's what they did for me!

Cons

As far as a contracting company goes, none that I can really think of.
