      Pros

      Flexible schedule once you have some seniority. Ability to increase PTO with seniority. 401k option, healthcare. Met some great people working with the organization we supported.

      Cons

      Terrible , if non existent management. Impossible contract quotas, constantly setting employees up to fail. Tremendous never ending workload, favoritism among employees. Favoritism between sites. Withholding information from employees. Not accepting input from employees.

      ActioNet is an OK company. Good vacation time and management is great.

      ActioNet is an OK company. Growing rapidly, however the employees that don't work on-site aren't treated the same.

      Pros

      I honestly can't think of any other than there are a few people I am glad I know.

      Cons

      Unorganized, lack of leadership, upper management is not approachable nor are they in touch with what's going on day to day, they make you do work well above your pay grade, their raises are a joke, no room for growth in the company, and no one ever seems to know what they should be doing day to day!
