Pros

Decentralized supervision gives the freedom to address issues without strict micromanagement. There is an annual education benefit (around 3k dollars).

Cons

Pay is subpar for requirements. Employees outside of the central office seem to be forgotten. Communication between departments (HR, Security managers, etc) feels cold; it generally seems like the staff in these positions are doing “me a favor” and not supporting the needs of the employees. It’s been impossible to find documents or get support on how to utilize education benefits.

Pros

Good pay and vacation. Good location.

Cons

When I asked my management how to report a female manager harassed me, they retaliated against me, trying to make me confess I was the harasser.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, decent benefits and great co-workers.

Cons

Out of touch senior management example the management team thought getting a reduced rate of $300 a night for hotel room was reasonable. Senior management shows by their actions that they believe people are expendable and do not work to keep talented people. The VP prides himself on lowballing employees for pay.
