Pros

None. It was genuinely awful working with these people.

Cons

Greedy, dishonest, manipulative organization that treats employees like expendable meat bags. It’s one of the worst places I’ve worked for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. ActioNet has been recognized as a Top Workplace for 13 consecutive years, a distinction based on employee feedback. We are committed to retaining and developing our workforce, investing thousands of dollars annually in employee training and professional development. We also actively promote from within and assist employees in transitioning to other programs whenever possible. A meaningful percentage of our current workforce consists of former employees ("rehires") ActioNeters who chose to return to the company after pursuing opportunities elsewhere. We believe transparency is essential. Employment offers, compensation, benefits, and job responsibilities are provided in writing, and employees are encouraged to ask questions throughout the hiring process and during their employment. Changes in government requirements have been challenging for everyone in the equation with conditions that require adjustments from all of us. We take employee concerns seriously and maintain established channels for raising workplace issues. If you believe there were specific instances where our policies or values were not followed, we encourage you to contact Human Resources directly so that your concerns can be reviewed appropriately. We continually evaluate employee feedback and remain committed to providing a positive, supportive, and professional work environment for our team members.
