      Pros

      The company provided me with immediate growth opportunities. There's a lot of room to move around and nurture your skills. The people who work for this company are the best part. There are plenty of opportunities to make professional connections and gain exposure to many different industries.

      Cons

      Not a lot of remote opportunities. Hybrid roles require 2x a week on-site regardless of whether you have on-site work to do.

      I have had great interactions with my team, with project managers, and executive members. I have had great team support since DAY one. I am able to share my opinions and ideas. Training and growth are encouraged!

      Cons

      There is room for improvements in my department. I believe with time and the continued support of my team we will hash out those little grey areas. I look forward to being part of this!
